Criminal trial · August 2010

State v. Harry Chris Battle

The firm’s client was charged with attempted murder in the 2008 Bluffton beating of Brian Lanese. At trial the defense showed the wrong person had been charged. Bluffton Today later reported that Harry Christopher Battle and Theophilius D. Hamilton were found not guilty.
